I am supporting the social media, branding, and customer engagement strategy for Porto Romano to help build a cohesive visual identity and promote key products, events, and seasonal offerings.
My work mainly focuses on creating consistent content, improving online visibility, and shaping the restaurant’s public voice.
What I’ve Done So far
Content Creation & Visual Branding
- Social media posts for Instagram
- Developed a consistent visual style (fonts, colours, tone, image style)
- Created seasonal content (festive brochure)
- Designed special menu






Community Engagement & Event Hosting
As part of expanding Porto Romano’s brand presence beyond social media, I also hosted a full Quiz Night at their wine bar.
This involved:
- Planning the tone & structure of the event
- Writing & organising quiz questions
- Hosting the evening and engaging directly with customers
- Promoting the event through social media posts and in-restaurant materials
This experience strengthened customer relationship, built brand visibility, and contributed to a personal connection between the business & its audience.

Growth & Evaluation

Since taking on the social media and marketing manager role for Porto Romano, the restaurant’s online presence has become more recognisable.
Through regular posts and events, customer engagement has noticeably increased.
Customers have begun interacting more with posts, tagging us in their stories, and participating in in-person activities.
